West Midlands luxury car maker Aston Martin is moving into real estate with the big reveal of a four-storey townhouse in Tokyo’s exquisite Omotesandō neighbourhood.
Created in partnership with Japanese luxury real estate developer VIBROA, the home – named N°001 Minami Aoyama – blends Aston Martin’s signature design philosophy with high-end materials, cutting-edge technology, and curated interiors.
724 square metres
Spanning 724 square metres, the residence features three en-suite bedrooms, a rooftop entertaining terrace with Tokyo Tower views , a private spa with an ‘Onsen pool’ and a sculptural, origami-style staircase
One of the standout features is the ground-floor automotive gallery, designed to present two Aston Martin vehicles as ‘sculptural works of art’ visible from the lounge through a glass partition.
An important creative space
“Tokyo has always held an important creative space within our design studio,” said Marek Reichman, Aston Martin’s Chief Creative Officer.
“From materials to proportion, this home reflects our commitment to craftsmanship, innovation and beauty.”
Lots of amenities
The home also includes a golf simulator, wine cellar, and integrated Bowers & Wilkins audio throughout.
Furnishings are by Italian design house Molteni&C, with custom details overseen by Aston Martin’s team.
The project marks Aston Martin’s continued expansion in Asia, following the recent opening of its flagship showroom in Ginza.
