The first phase of a new development of 94 luxury apartments in Derby is now complete.
Birmingham-based Elevate Property Group said 70% of the units in Mulberry House, opposite Liversage Square in the centre of the city, had now been sold with some already occupied by residents.
The new block is made up of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, the developer said.
Mulberry House is the first phase Derby’s Silk Yard development – a total of 258 apartments which Elevate Property Group says will help “transform” the Liversage Street area, midway between the city centre and Derby railway station.
Meanwhile this spring Elevate expects to complete Gunsmith House, its development of 85 apartments on the edge of Birmingham’s Gun Quarter, close to Snow Hill station.
