Birmingham-based Temple Management Training has won approval to deliver two in-demand apprenticeship programmes: the Level 3 Fire Safety Advisor and the Level 4 Quality Practitioner.
The move addresses a growing skills gap in health, safety and quality assurance across UK businesses. The Fire Safety Advisor apprenticeship trains individuals to advise organisations on fire risk in straightforward premises – such as shops, offices or simple industrial units – helping them maintain compliance and understand when enforcement action is needed.
The Quality Practitioner apprenticeship equips professionals within Quality functions to meet contractual and regulatory standards and drive continuous improvement in customer and stakeholder satisfaction.
“This is a brilliant moment for Temple and a significant milestone in our growth,” said Bob Hughes, Managing Director.
“Securing approval for these apprenticeships aligns perfectly with our mission to provide industry-leading, relevant training that meets the real-world needs of UK businesses.”
Jaz Tanwar, Operations Director, added: “The Level 3 Fire Safety Advisor will develop essential skills to protect people and property, while the Level 4 Quality Practitioner will empower individuals to become true agents of change, driving excellence within their organisations. We are excited to welcome our first cohorts and support them on their journey to becoming certified experts in their fields.”
