Be there: launch event for WM Life Sciences Week

Excitement is building ahead of the inaugural West Midlands Life Sciences Week in September.

Gary Sambrook, former MP for Northfield and co-founder of Life Sciences Week, is compering a launch event between 2pm and 3.30pm on Friday March 14 at Hotel du Vin.

On his interview panel is Professor Gino Martini, former Chief Scientist at the Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS) and now CEO of Precision Health Technologies Accelerator Ltd.

Gary said: “Whether you’re an SME, startup, large business or entrepreneur, this launch event is the perfect chance for you to learn how you can get involved with WM Life Sciences Week. My roster of panellists will give us insights into the latest breakthroughs in medical research and innovation, and attendees will be able to connect with like-minded leaders in the life sciences field.”

WM Life Sciences Week is taking place from September 15 to 19 at locations across Birmingham. Its purpose is celebrating innovation, collaboration and the future of life sciences, and showcasing the West Midlands as a powerhouse for medical research, biotechnology and healthcare advancements.
