Exemplar Health Care, in Radford, is set to open in May this year
A provider of nursing care for adults with complex needs is recruiting 100 staff for its new care home in Radford, Coventry, slated to open in May this year.
Construction of Birch View, Exemplar Health Care’s new facility, began in October 2024.
It will accommodate adults with complex mental health needs, dementia, neuro-disabilities and physical disabilities, offering long-term community care as an alternative to prolonged hospital stays.
The 38-bedroom home, on Sherwood Jones Close, features en-suite rooms across three units, communal spaces, sensory bathrooms, an activities hub, a therapy room and a beauty salon, supporting a small-group living model for more personalised care.
