The 2026 event aims to surpass the 75,000 visitors who attended the 2025 festival

Birmingham’s popular Colmore Food Festival will take place in Victoria Square on July 3 to 4 (Friday and Saturday).

Now in its 13th year, the festival celebrates the depth and diversity of the hospitality scene across Colmore Business District, bringing together acclaimed restaurants, independent traders and passionate producers for a weekend of food, drink and entertainment.

The 2025 edition drew record-breaking crowds of 75,000 across two days. It featured 31 traders and marked the return of the popular Demonstration Kitchen on Chamberlain Square, where local chefs, mixologists and bakers showcased signature dishes and highlighted the talent underpinning Birmingham’s nationally recognised food scene.

Highlight of the Birmingham calendar

Alex Tross, of the Colmore Culture Working Group, said: “Colmore Food Festival has become a highlight in Birmingham’s summer calendar, and we’re thrilled to be bringing it back to Victoria Square for its 13th year.

“After welcoming 75,000 people in 2025, we’re excited to build on that success and create another unforgettable weekend for the region’s residents, workers, and visitors.”

The festival is open from 11am to 8pm on both days and is free to attend. The entertainment schedule will be announced soon.
