5 Star Windows eyes opening up bases in Telford, Wolverhampton and Worcester
A Kidderminster home improvement company is opening a major new trade showroom tomorrow (Fri) after completing a £500,000 investment in its Hoo Farm site.
5 Star Windows & Conservatories is marking the launch of its refurbished 6,000 sq ft facility with a two-day celebration this Friday and Saturday, with a buffet and drinks, industry experts, guided tours, goodie bags and a 7.5% discount for orders placed on the day.
The showroom houses composite doors, French doors, casement windows and a complete orangery featuring lantern roofs, skylights and the new Ultraframe roof system, alongside Ecoscape cladding and commercial shopfronts. Nearly 15 new jobs have been created as part of the investment.
Richard Manser, managing director, said: “Our trade business is doing about £2m per year at the moment, but with our product range growing and our ability to install as well as supply, we believe we can double this to £4m by the start of 2027.”
The site also features modular building solutions and free-to-hire meeting rooms, allowing trade customers to bring clients to view displays. The company can also brand its brochures with trade customers’ logos and offers skip access for recycling old products.
Manser added: “Our approach is to make the purchasing process as easy as possible for trade customers.”
5 Star, which also serves landlords and estate agents, plans to expand its trade counters to Telford, Wolverhampton and Worcester.
