Dick and Angel Strawbridge at the UK’s biggest celebration of rural life this July
Dick and Angel Strawbridge, stars of Channel 4’s Escape to the Chateau, are hosting a VIP enclosure at The Game Fair, taking place in July at Ragley Hall in Warwickshire.
Organisers said the couple will take centre stage in the JM Finn-sponsored enclosure on Sunday July 26, when the event returns to the historic grounds of Ragley Hall in Warwickshire from July 24 to 26.
The Strawbridges will bring their well-known passion for sustainable living and field-to-fork food to the heart of the festival, offering VIP guests an exclusive opportunity to mingle in luxurious surroundings while enjoying exceptional cuisine.
The pair are expected to draw significant crowds, having built a devoted following through their long-running television series.
Cookery demonstrations and cocktail masterclasses
Away from the VIP enclosure, Dick will demonstrate his culinary skills with a game cookery demonstration in the BASC Wild Food Kitchen Theatre, sponsored by Global Knives, giving visitors the chance to explore the art of cooking with wild food. Both Dick and Angel will also appear on the Carter Jonas Game Fair Theatre stage during the weekend.

Also appearing throughout the full three-day event is Merlin Griffiths, the television mixologist and rural pub owner, who will host cocktail-making masterclasses in the BASC Wild Food Kitchen Theatre. Visitors to the VIP bar will also have the chance to sample an exclusive 2026 signature cocktail served by Griffiths himself.
The largest event of its kind in the world, The Game Fair offers a sweeping showcase of rural life, including world-class shooting and fishing, falconry, hounds and horses in the main arena, gundog trials, the UK’s largest outdoor shopping village, and a wide range of activities suitable for all ages.
