Six Bloor Homes site managers win top industry award for housebuilding excellence

The Pride in the Job Quality Awards recognise the top 6% of site managers from a field of 7,500 sites across the UK

Six site managers from Bloor Homes’ Western region, based in Tewkesbury, have been named among the best in the UK after winning NHBC Pride in the Job 2026 Quality Awards.

Liam Symonds-Barry at Brize Meadow, Carterton; Mark Butler at Banbury Rise, Banbury; Martin Woakes at Tewkesbury Meadow; John Billington at Shottery View, Stratford-upon-Avon; Dan Godwin at Evesham Gate, Evesham; and Dan Turner at Alcester Park, Alcester each received the accolade, which is now in its 46th year and widely regarded as the most prestigious benchmark for site managers in the housebuilding industry.

Paul Stafford, regional managing director, said: “Winning Pride in the Job awards is a fantastic achievement and a real testament to the quality, consistency and leadership our site managers demonstrate every day.

“I’m incredibly proud of the team and the standards they continue to set.”

A legacy of quality

Quality Award winners will now compete for Seal of Excellence and Regional Awards in autumn 2026.
