Rapidly expanding Japanese-themed independent food chain, Panko Sushi, has chosen Brindleyplace as the location for its first Birmingham home. The chain which has established outlets in Colne, Stoke, Bury and Macclesfield is on a swift growth trajectory opening new eateries this month in Crosby, the Brindleyplace one later this year and a further one in Newcastle-under-Lyme in January 2027.
Panko Sushi will be taking just under 1400 sq. ft. of space on the ground floor of Foundry, 6 Brindleyplace on a 10-year lease and customers can expect authentic Japanese flavours including sushi, katsu, teriyaki and ramen.

Following a summer fit out, Panko Sushi will open in Autumn 2026.
