Family-run Birmingham builders’ merchants EH Smith is strengthening its long-term future through a series of leadership appointments.

John Cave has been appointed Group CEO, Mark Mallinder as Group Development Director, Chloe Cave as Group People and Culture Director and Mark Leinster takes on the role of Group Property Director.

Mark Setchell continues to lead EH Smith as Managing Director and John Parker remains Group Chairman.

The firm said the changes exhibit its commitment to succession planning, allowing for sustainable growth and business continuity.

Cave said “These appointments are about shaping the long-term strategy while maintaining the stability our customers, suppliers and colleagues rely on every day.
