Complaints process
West Midlands News is a member of the Independent Press Standards Organisation (which regulates the UK’s print and digital news industry).
We abide by the Editors’ Code of Practice and are committed to upholding the highest standards of journalism.

Corrections process
If mistakes in our content require correcting, email us on newsdesk@westmidlands.news.
Include the link to the story that requires correcting.
We will ensure corrections are made as soon as possible. Where required we will add a dated ‘update’ note at the top of our stories.
Clarifications process
If wording is misleading but not strictly incorrect, we may publish a clarification note.

We will respond as soon as possible, and act swiftly.
