BetaDen launches 12-week programme offering expert mentoring, pitch training and access to angel investors
A programme has been launched to help Worcestershire’s digital businesses adopt artificial intelligence and attract investment.
Delivered by BetaDen, the Digital and AI BootCamp will support a cohort of up to 12 businesses through expert-led workshops, one-to-one mentoring and access to industry specialists over 12 weeks.
Based at the Old Court in Kidderminster, the programme covers AI strategy, cybersecurity, compliance, marketing, international expansion and investment readiness.
Pitch training and prize money
Participants will receive dedicated pitch training and the chance to present their proposition to experienced professionals.
A select number will progress to a live pitch competition, with a cash prize on offer. Businesses will also be introduced to an active angel investor network.
Donston Powell, External Affairs Director at BetaDen, said: “Worcestershire is home to a growing number of innovative digital businesses with significant potential to scale.
“From embedding AI into their business models to becoming investment-ready, we’re delivering hands-on, practical support that will drive meaningful growth.”
Angel network backing
Chris Orr, Lead of Catalyse Angel Network, added: “We’re really excited to be involved in this programme and to have the opportunity to connect with a strong pipeline of emerging digital businesses from across Worcestershire.
“Programmes like this play a crucial role in preparing businesses for that journey.”
The programme begins on 9 September 2026. Places are limited, with priority given to businesses in Bromsgrove, Malvern Hills, Redditch and Wyre Forest districts.
