Independent café FOAMÉ brings signature whipped cold foam drinks and indulgent menu to Great Hampton Street

A new independent café concept specialising in whipped cold foam drinks is opening in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter this weekend.

FOAMÉ will open its doors at 10 Great Hampton Street on Saturday June 13, offering a menu of specialty coffee, ceremonial matcha and indulgent drinks, including a Salted Maple Latte and Cookie Butter Latte, all topped with the café’s signature whipped cold foam.

Founder Abu Sayed said: “We wanted to create a space that feels welcoming, where great food and drinks bring people together.

“Every item on our menu has been carefully developed to offer something a little different, and we’re excited to share FOAMÉ with the Jewellery Quarter community.”

Food to match the drinks

The food menu features freshly made pocket sandos, brunch favourites and sweet treats, including a Truffle Chicken Sando, Hot Honey Grilled Cheese and Cinnamon Rolls finished with whipped cold foam.

To mark the launch, FOAMÉ will be giving away the UK’s Smallest Matcha free of charge throughout opening day, while stocks last.
