Major expansion for global firm
Forvis Mazars, the global financial services firm, has announced a major expansion of its Birmingham operations with a move into Three Chamberlain Square, the newest building in the Paradise Birmingham development.
Currently based in Two Chamberlain Square, Forvis Mazars will double its office space by occupying the entire second floor, a 22,858 sq ft footprint of the newly completed landmark.
The move reflects the firm’s rapid regional growth and long-term commitment to its people, clients and the city.
A pivotal step for future growth
Stephen Lewis, Birmingham Office Managing Partner at Forvis Mazars, called the relocation a “pivotal moment” for the firm.
“This move provides us with the expanded home we need to harness our local expertise and deep market insight,” he said.
“We are establishing a truly sustainable centre of excellence for our firm and our people.”
Raising the bar on sustainability
Three Chamberlain Square, developed by MEPC and designed by Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios, completed in May 2025, is setting new standards in sustainable commercial real estate. It has secured BREEAM Outstanding and NABERS 5* ratings, making it one of the greenest buildings in the UK.
The 10-storey, 189,000 sq ft development is already attracting significant interest.
Ross Fittall, commercial development director at MEPC, said: “We’re proud that Forvis Mazars is moving next door to their current base. Their expansion reaffirms the appeal of our people-focused, environmentally conscious commercial offering.”
Designed for people and planet
Among its standout sustainability features are a low-carbon terracotta façade made of 8,000 bespoke panels, 300 openable windows to enhance air quality and comfort, an all-electric infrastructure, and SMART building systems aimed at occupant wellbeing.
The move strengthens Paradise Birmingham’s growing reputation as a magnet for forward-looking firms, with Three Chamberlain Square at its heart.
Paradise continues to evolve
Positioned within the city’s Enterprise Zone and developed through a private-public partnership with Birmingham City Council, the Paradise masterplan is being led by Federated Hermes and CPP Investments, with MEPC as asset manager.
The expansion underlines Forvis Mazars’ ambition to build a future-focused workspace that matches its growth and values, right at the heart of the region’s business district. With connectivity, amenities, and a net-zero ethos, the firm is helping to shape the next chapter of Birmingham’s commercial evolution.
