Ms Pageant Girl UK

A self-made Staffordshire entrepreneur who set up a project to help people out of domestic abuse has been crowned “Ms Pageant Girl UK 2025/26.”

Sharnelle Simcock, 30, a married primary school governor and mother-of-two recently competed against women from across Britain for the coveted title.

Using the moment to share a key message, Sharnelle said: “If we can educate, support and nurture the next generation, we can help build a kinder, better future for everyone”.

Sharnelle works for herself in property and investment with a passion for tackling homelessness.

Her own experiences growing up around domestic abuse and hardship inspired her to set up the Acorn Progression Project, a not-for-profit organisation that offers safe housing and one-to-one support to women and children.

According to the Pageant Girl UK website https://pageantgirl.co.uk/about-us/, entrants must be aged 30+ years as of July 1 in the year of the competition. They can be married, divorced, single and have children.

If entrants have won a national title before, or competed in an international pageant representing your country, two years must have passed since your reign as winner ended.

The website says: “For pageant beginners, the Ms Pageant Girl UK competition is the perfect place to gain experience and better understanding of the pageant industry.

“As well as helping our finalists bring out the best in themselves, we do all we can to make sure our finalists take the most amazing memories home with them.”
