Sonia and David Mouzer got married in 1966, the same year England’s football team celebrated winning the World Cup.
Six decades on and the couple are today, March 19, 2026, celebrating their diamond wedding anniversary.
To mark the occasion, in the days leading up to it, the Solihull couple received a letter of congratulations from King Charles.
“We feel incredibly blessed to have spent 60 wonderful years together in Solihull,” they said.
“We’ve been privileged to give back to a community that has given us so much.”
