One of the UK’s fastest growing accountancy and professional services groups has completed its largest ever acquisition after joining forces with Surrey-based TWP.

DJH, which is headquartered in Stoke-on-Trent, has strengthened its considerable presence in the South as part of the deal, which takes in the firm’s 70 employees across four offices in Cranleigh, Guildford, Kingston-upon-Thames and Weybridge.

The partnership adds £7m of annual revenues and complements its existing presence in Bexley, Maidstone and Trowbridge in the South West.

TWP’s Managing Partner Paul Hawksley will continue to lead the team, alongside fellow partners Andrew Goddon and Phil Munk.

Their team and offices will remain unchanged to ensure complete consistency for clients, many of whom are involved in care, dental, property and retail.

“Surrey has been a target region for us for some time, and this partnership gives us four offices and an immediate, well-established presence right across the area,” explained James Beardmore, Chief Operating Officer at DJH.

“TWP has a fantastic reputation for being client-focused and delivering expert support that makes a real difference to budding entrepreneurs, scaling companies and not-for-profit organisations. It is highly regarded as one of the county’s leading accountancy practices, and they share our values of trust and operating a ‘people first’ approach to doing business.

“We’re looking forward to supporting Paul, Andrew, Phil and the whole team as they continue to grow across their favoured markets – now backed by a wide breadth of specialist services and infrastructure.”

As part of DJH, TWP is now able to offer access to a wider range of specialist services, including capital allowances and R&D, commercial funding, corporate finance and IT consultancy.

It will also benefit from additional support across HR, operations, finance, technology, marketing and business development, freeing up more time to focus on its growing list of clients.

“Joining DJH is an incredibly exciting step for TWP,” added Paul Hawksley, Managing Partner.

“We’ve spent years building genuine, long-standing relationships with our clients across Surrey, and this partnership lets us protect everything they value about working with us, while opening up a much wider range of specialist expertise and bigger opportunities for our team.”

He continued: “Andrew, Phil and I will carry on leading the same team, from the same four offices – the only difference is the expanded range of services and resources we can offer to our clients and the new opportunities we can undoubtedly create for our team.”

DJH has enjoyed significant growth over the last twelve months, moving into the top 30 UK accountancy firms for the first time in its history.

Expansion has been achieved through organic increases in revenue and an ambitious M&A drive that has seen it complete four earlier deals in 2026, including Loucas in Maidstone, SB&P in North Liverpool, Gooding Accounts in Trowbridge and Thorne Widgery in Hereford and Shropshire.

This run of acquisitions reflects a period of rapid consolidation across the accountancy sector, as firms increasingly look to combine strong local relationships with the resources and specialisms of a larger group.

DJH’s James Beardmore concluded: “The partnership continues our strategy of growing through like-minded, client-focused firms rather than through a centralised, one-size-fits-all model.

“In each case, including TWP, the approach is the same: preserve what makes the firm distinctive – its team, its offices and its client relationships – while providing the backing, investment and specialist resources that come with being part of a larger group.”
