Judith Holden, who is celebrating 30 years teaching at Bromsgrove School, is preparing for the muddy Wolf Run this September to celebrate the milestone and raise crucial funds for a local charity.
She will be joined by more than 20 friends, family members and Bromsgrovians who will also be taking on the Autumn Wolf Run to fundraise for the Birmingham-based, National Institute of Conductive Education (NICE), which helps children and adults with movement disorders achieve life-changing milestones.
The mark her 30th anniversary, Judith hopes to raise £3,000 for NICE’s work that helps people build confidence and independence. This ranges from supporting a child taking their first unaided steps to helping an adult regain mobility after a stroke.
NICE’s work has transformed the lives of hundreds of families across the region, but demand for support continues to grow. The Holden Wolf Run team hopes their muddy efforts will help NICE continue delivering vital services to those who need them most.
“This challenge is more than just an adventure,” Judith said, “It’s an opportunity to make a real difference for children and adults living with movement disorders in Birmingham. The need for support has never been greater, and every penny raised will help ensure that NICE can continue their incredible mission.”

Wolf Run offers both 10km, 5km and Junior Wolf options, with the signature 10km course featuring more than 30 obstacles spread across woodland, water crossings, mud and challenging terrain.
