£10,000 incentive for house buyers in April

A Midlands housebuilder is offering a £10,000 incentive to prospective buyers across three Worcestershire developments this month.

Kendrick Homes, which has been building homes in the region since 1880, is holding open weekends on April 11-12 and April 18-19 at Ambridge Fields in Inkberrow, Severn Meadows in Upton upon Severn and Cygnets Rest in Drakes Broughton.

Buyers who reserve a property on either weekend will receive the £10,000 payment alongside up to £2,000 towards legal fees.

The initiative follows the launch of the firm’s dedicated First Time Buyer helpline last month and is designed to provide financial certainty for those navigating a challenging property market.

Kirsty Darby, head of sales at Kendrick Homes, said: “We want to support people with the best advice and a financial incentive to help ease some of the burden associated with moving home.”

Deals for local workers

The open weekends will give buyers their first opportunity to view show homes across all three sites.

Kendrick Homes also confirmed that “discounted open market value” homes will soon be released at Severn Meadows, reserved specifically for people who live or work locally.
