New pop-open sushi tubes bring a playful, share-worthy twist to Japanese food, launching alongside the UK’s first iso. x Little Dessert Shop collaboration.
iso., the fast-growing Japanese restaurant brand with 13 sites across the West and North Midlands, has launched Iso Pops — a first-of-its-kind interactive sushi experience for the region.
The launch coincides with the opening of iso.’s 13th store and the debut of the UK’s first iso. x Little Dessert Shop collaboration, cementing 2026 as a landmark year for the brand. Iso Pops are available now across all iso. branches, including Wolverhampton, Birmingham, Walsall, Stourbridge, Cannock, Stoke, Crewe, Cheadle, Nottingham, Wigan, Bolton, Chorlton and Preston.
Sushi, Reimagined in a Tube
Iso Pops reinvent how customers experience sushi by placing it inside a specially designed pop-open tube, complete with a built-in stick filled with soy sauce. To enjoy, customers simply pop the lid, push the sushi up from the base, pour over the soy sauce, and eat — turning a traditional dish into an interactive, snackable moment built for sharing on social media.
The format is designed for a generation of diners who want food that’s not just delicious but genuinely fun to eat. Since launching, Iso Pops have generated strong early demand, with customers praising the novelty of the format and the fresh way it lets them enjoy familiar sushi flavours on the go.
“We wanted to create something that didn’t just taste great, but felt like an experience in itself,” said Yusuf Ahmed, Director at iso. “Iso Pops are all about making sushi more accessible, more fun, and more shareable — and we’re proud to be the first in the region to bring this concept to life.”
A Milestone Moment for iso.
The launch of Iso Pops lands alongside two major milestones for the brand: the opening of iso.’s 13th store and the debut of its first-ever collaboration with the Little Dessert Shop — a first for the UK market. Together, these launches reflect iso.’s continued expansion across the West and North Midlands, and its ambition to keep innovating within the fast-casual Japanese food space.
