Two immersive art experiences celebrating the work of Claude Monet and Vincent Van Gogh are coming to Motorpoint Arena Nottingham this summer.

Beyond Monet and Beyond Van Gogh, produced by Annerin Productions and Paquin Entertainment Group, open on July 18 and will run until August 9.

The exhibitions use cutting-edge technology to bring more than 400 of Monet’s canvases and over 300 Van Gogh paintings to life across a 10,000 sq ft immersive space.

Iconic works, including The Starry Night, Sunflowers, Water Lilies and Impression: Sunrise will swirl around visitors accompanied by original musical scores.

Special Beyond Yoga sessions are also planned at 9am on both additional weekend days.

Anna Parry, UK Business Development at Annerin Productions, said: “I’m absolutely delighted to announce we are extending the run for both shows, giving even more Nottingham art lovers the opportunity to see these stunning immersive experiences.

“Our residency coincides with the summer holidays, making it the perfect day out for families looking to create special and lasting memories.”

A landmark moment for the venue

Martin Ingham, Motorpoint Arena CEO, said: “This is a very special moment for us as a venue as we host our first immersive exhibition.

“Nottingham has such a rich creative spirit, and we’re proud to offer something of this scale and ambition.”

Seven million people worldwide have enjoyed the experiences to date. Timed entry tickets, including family packages, are now on sale.
