Joint venture is part of ambitious growth plans targeting £100m turnover by 2028

A fast-growing Stoke-on-Trent-based accountancy group has launched a joint venture in a bid to break into the wealth management sector.

DJH, which operates from 16 offices across England and Ireland, is partnering with Perspective Financial Group to create DJH Perspective Wealth Management.

The move is a key step in its ambition to reach £100m a year in revenues by 2028.

The joint venture gives DJH clients immediate access to around 200 experienced wealth advisers specialising in retirement planning, pensions and protection.

These advisers will work alongside DJH’s existing specialists in inheritance tax, trusts, wills and probate.

Clients will also benefit from expertise in tax-efficient wealth growth and business exit planning.

Combining to offer customers a broader suite of services

Scott Heath, chief executive of DJH, said: “This is a very exciting joint venture for us and creates a full solution offer for both our existing and new clients.”

As well as adding wealth management to its menu of services, the deal gives DJH access to Perspective’s network of more than 60 offices.

Ian Wilkinson, chief executive of Perspective Financial Group, said the partnership would allow both businesses to “deliver a full spectrum of financial solutions tailored to every stage of a client’s growth and financial goals.”
