Birmingham consultancy named among best
Birmingham-based business change consultancy Entec Si has been recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services™ for 2025.
The announcement, made today by Great Place To Work UK, places Entec Si on the prestigious list in the small and medium-sized category. It follows the company’s certification as a Great Place To Work in July.
Exceptional employee feedback
Survey results revealed that 100 per cent of Entec Si employees considered it a great place to work, compared with 54 per cent at a typical UK business. The company scored an average of 98 per cent overall across 59 measures, achieving perfect results in areas such as team spirit, integrity, community, camaraderie and engagement.
The consultancy has embraced hybrid working, with flexible hours, home-office options and professional development initiatives forming the foundation of its positive workplace culture.
